I love January. It's a chance at a fresh start. A chance to look back at where I've been and look forward to all that could be. Of course, looking back on my goals from last year, I realize I need to be more intentional. Anyone else?

I've made "intentional" my word of the year. Choosing to be intentional makes me mighty nervous. But I need to face each day with the best intentions. I want to be mindful of everything I'm doing and make sure I'm doing everything I need to do.
Four things to do if you choose to pick a word of the year:
